completed and returned.

I could be wrong though I called the Registrar's office yesterday and again today because I couldn't find anything clear on this.
One agent said, go vote on election day using a provisional ballot and the other said No, I can't get another ballot or go vote on a provisional ballot on election day.

I'm going to call again next week and also try my contact at the League of Women's Voters.

I get my texts direct from the San Diego Registrar, they showed the USPS had my ballot on 8/21, chia Aug 2021 #4
