8. Many women don't have the means to hire a fancy lawyer.

They shouldn’t be forced to stay in an abusive or dominating situation that they don’t want. They may have been strongly coerced into marrying the guy. This is totally about controlling women and NOT about “the sanctity of marriage.” Seems painfully obvious to me what these sanctimonious jerks are up to.
