If you are on probation. So all those suckers and losers he would lead, as Commander and Chief, have better characters and morals than he does.

You can sometimes join some of the military services if you are a convicted felon (and finished with probation or parole) with a moral waiver.

I think convicted felons should apply for moral waivers to Congress if they want to be the president.
