to fulfill his administration including staff, cabinet members, justice officials, diplomats, etc. to insure his decisions are efficiently executed.

I'm on the email lists for some of the executive departments such as State and constantly impressed by the good news and competence in their news bulletins.

What a beautiful contrast to TFG's bunch of incompetent misfits!
