Showing Original Post only (View all)New York Times Editorial Board Calls for Biden to Step Aside [View all]
https://www.nytimes.com/2024/06/28/opinion/biden-election-debate-trump.htmlAs it stands, the president is engaged in a reckless gamble. There are Democratic leaders better equipped to present clear, compelling and energetic alternatives to a second Trump presidency. There is no reason for the party to risk the stability and security of the country by forcing voters to choose between Mr. Trumps deficiencies and those of Mr. Biden. Its too big a bet to simply hope Americans will overlook or discount Mr. Bidens age and infirmity that they see with their own eyes.
Never seen that before.

Good point about them not asking former President and convicted felon Trump to step aside. However, I'm afraid that

I don't think people decided their votes based on editorials in the 20th century either

The same editorial says they'd still easily pick Biden over Trump if those are the choices...

Thank you for pointing that out! And they also published a record long article of his years of tax invasion

You might want to actually read the editorial, if you think they are "all in with Cheato."

Doesn't cost them anything to try and push out the best candidate to beat Trump.
