extend to those he orders to commit unconstitutional/unlawful acts. So, unless President Biden is going to personally start 'popping caps' he will have to have others follow his unlawful orders. Further, judicial review of Presidential actions was not effected by this ruling so Federal Judges can and should issue injunctions if any President acts unlawfully. Lastly, say a President DID personally shoot a political rival in the head, he/she could not be criminally/civilly prosecuted but could/should be quickly impeached and convicted by the congress.
