I have a conspiracy or two running through the gray matter, and what if a Putin style attack was made on Biden just before the debate? "The secretary will deny" Only high ranking officials would be briefed (ahem) and contingency plans outside the customary scenario planning by executive branch would be done in the crappiest of secrecy so that rumors and trolls could fill in the blanks.

It's time for the superpowers to be invoked. But elections are not official acts FOR DEMOCRSTS.
