I support Biden staying in the race. Schumer has not come out against Biden. He and Jeffries, as leaders in their respective houses, have carried out their responsibilities to Biden and our party to keep Biden informed of where Congress stands. Jeffries said that the conversation was a good one. He and Schumer were acting as messengers, not as advocates for either side.

Jeffries has made public statements in support of Biden. He has not announced a change in his view.

Regardless of media pundit interpretation of the visit, for all we know, the 3 men could have discussed strategy for Biden's continued campaign.
