(1,231 posts)I remember the average of polls (at RCP, I think) said President Obama was allegedly losing to Senator Romney in August and September before the election in 2012.
I also know mr trump has paid to change polls in his favor in the past.
What do polls mean before Labor Day? Polls can make you chicken little and they are as moot as any debate.
It does trouble me that polls claim many dont know our economy is humming much better than usual for a lot more of us.
I think we should shout how good everything is from the rooftops. We need our friends and family to know what is going on despite the lies aired daily on Sinclair so that democrats win up and down the ballot.
Crime is way down
The economy is growing and wages are raising faster than inflation
People are generally happy (except for Mr trump and co) we are a happy country right now. Ask around.
The world is relieved (the free and yearning to be free part of it) that Joe Biden is our president. These are very good things to bring to any table. So bring them
No matter who the candidate is the Republican candidates and experts and media will keep on lying and inventing nonsense.
We need to stand firm against the gop framing or be captured by it and lose ourselves ( imho )
