This is not normal. Polling is bizarre too. Polls claim that President Biden has stolen the most reliable voters, older folks, from the republicans while I am also supposed to believe that young men of color are turning trump. Polls want me to believe that a large majority of us reject Trump’s lies and lawlessness but will still see him re-elected. The polls are screwy and unreliable.

Nonetheless, the advantages of incumbency are obvious and have not vanished. Professor Lichtman has a better track record too than polls in mid-July.

Incidentally, President Biden is great at the job and the other guy was truly terrible.

It really is morning in America again. Can you not feel it in your everyday life?

Things are different no doubt; we are much much better off than we were four years ago.
