Honestly, while he had drug them down some the last six years, the overall support with his hard core white uneducated base has kept them within striking range, and since they all have bowed down to him they are going to do the ride again and take their chances, whether the like him or not, cause LIBERALS!!!!!!
But, even if he loses he won't just go away.
They are very weak and servile people and he is too power hungry to give up all the adoration and attention. He will continue to lord over them because they are so pathetic, until he dies or the odd chance he actually sees real jail time that will keep him from running.

In the South it has much to do with racism. Personal experience cause that's where I keep all my stuff.

No. The midwest has a lot of support for Trump, and most states have right-wing pockets.

My north TX neighborhood had alot more signage up in support of GOP candidates. So far i've only seen 4 trump signs
