17. There are 2 other states that flipped from blue to red in 2016 and back to blue in 2020

in addition to PA and that is WI and MI - all after decades of being reliably blue, post-Raygun, except for that one anomalous 2016 election.

So they can't spend over a month here in PA and ignore WI & MI, let alone needing to keep AZ, NV, and even GA in the blue column.

Fetterman has been to all 67 counties, twice, but it took him months and months to do it the last time (the first time was at least a year for his cannabis legalization "listening tour" ).

Hillary lost PA by 44,000 in 2016 but Biden won PA by 81,000 votes (and that was during a pandemic with less than 1/2 of the normal polling locations open here in Philly), so we are not so much an issue as a state like WI. As long as the urban areas turn out in force, we normally overwhelm the rest of the state.

Even MI had Hillary lose by something like 10,000 votes in 2016 but Biden won by 150,000 in 2020.
