...it centers around Bingo's battle with the league owners and he takes a bunch of the best players on a barnstorming tour.
He's a Satchel Paige character, JEJ is Josh Gibson-like, they've got a Cool Papa Bell type guy, etc.
It's an extremely entertaining movie.
They are sort of the Globetrotters of baseball.
There are social issues covered, especially when they're touring the south.
If you haven't seen it, I recommend it. Fun & entertaining.
