At my voting precinct, you walk in and you have to go to a table that has grouped your name, A-J, K-R, etc. Tell them your name and they find it in their book. They give you a small bound booklet where you sign your name; then they give you the ballot.

Fill out the ballot, put it in the machine, and you're done.

So, Maye, do tell: you go in and just make up a name hoping that person hasn't already voted? And how do you know the street that goes with the name?

This scheme would not work.
