In 1939, there were some 140,000 Jews living in the Netherlands, among them tens of thousands of refugees: some sources state 24,00025,000 Jews had fled Germany in the 1930s, while others state that about 34,000 Jews entered The Netherlands from Germany and Austria between 1933 and 1940.[23][8]: 69
In 1945, only about 35,000 Dutch Jews were alive, many of whom emigrated to British Mandate of Palestine (present-day Israel) and other countries; the 1947 census reported only 14,346 Jews, or 10% of the pre-war population. 34,379 "full Jews" are estimated to have survived the Holocaust, of whom 8,500 were part of mixed marriages, and thus spared deportation. Another 14,545 "half Jews" and 5,990 "quarter Jews" are estimated to have survived.[24]

Nearly a quarter of young adults in Netherlands think Holocaust a myth, survey finds
A Jewish group that commissioned a survey on Holocaust awareness in the Netherlands said Wednesday that the results showed a disturbing lack of awareness of key historical facts about the Holocaust, prompting calls for better education in the nation that was home to diarist Anne Frank and her family.
The survey commissioned by the New York-based Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany found that the number of respondents who believe the Holocaust is a myth was higher than in any of the other five nations previously surveyed.
In the survey, 23% of adults under age 40 and 12% of all respondents indicated they believed the Holocaust was a myth or that the number of Jews killed had been greatly exaggerated.
Not only is this downright shocking, its very serious, Dutch Justice Minister Dilan Yesilgöz-Zegerius said on Twitter. Almost a quarter of the Dutch people born after 1980 think that the Holocaust is a myth or that it is heavily exaggerated. As a society, we have a lot of work to do. And fast, too.

A new Holocaust Museum shows how three-quarters of Dutch Jews were deported and killed
The Dutch resistance spirited newborn Flip Delmonte away after his parents were detained by Nazi occupiers of the Netherlands in World War II.
They were among 102,000 Jews deported from the Netherlands and murdered in Nazi death camps. Delmontes mother was killed as soon as she arrived at Auschwitz while his father, a strong man, was worked to death.
On Tuesday, the 80-year-old Delmonte attended the official preview of the Netherlands National Holocaust Museum, pointing proudly at a picture he donated of himself after the war.
The Jewish people were murdered. There are people, children who survived and we cannot forget them. They must be remembered also in the future, Delmonte said.
The museum will be officially opened Sunday by Dutch King Willem-Alexander. It tells the story, in video footage, photos, scale models and mementos, of Dutch victims of the Holocaust.

Also, something which has apparently never gone out of style, is blaming JEWS for anti-Semitism, including anti-Semitism directed against them. It is just another form of anti-Semitism that goes underrecognized and overused. The police's refusal is just another example of those who think "Jews are NOT real citizens of....The Netherlands, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Spain, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, China, Japan, Canada, the United States...they are just Jews."

Still sickened that this naked display of anti-Semitism is permitted. For shame.

Put whatever label you like, but we know this is pure unadulterated Jew hatred.
