(1,211 posts)5. Oh, baloney it is "the economy" and "inflation."
What these guys are butthurt about is women doing so well, and young women don't see any need to partner with men anymore. They find their unearned privilege is slipping away from them and feel women are doing well at their expense, just as the young dudes over the past 35 years have felt. There is nothing new here at all. They are pro-GOP and anti their own best economic interest.
THAT at bottom is what it is.

Housing still has gone up tremendously from the 90's while wages haven't adjusted by much
