And median personal income has actually outpaced inflation in most years since 1990 with the exception being during recessions and the the pandemic.

You're exaggerating their "reasons" for being angry. And it takes a special kind of stupid to react to houses costing too much by supporting a guy who doesn't give a shit if anyone can afford a house or not - he would rather they cost as much as possible because that means more money for him - screw anyone who wants to buy a more affordable home.
