If Trump gets back in office and suspends the Constitution he would no longer be the legitimate President. He would be an unlawful Dictator. The President's authority derives from the Constitution. No Constitution, no authority. We are loyal to the country and the Constitution, not any one person. Anyone in the Federal Government or the Military that is not loyal to their oath to defend the Constitution should be legally removed. If Trump takes over and tries to suspend the Constitution, everyone in the Military, the Federal Government, and also just Citizens loyal to the Constitution would be called upon to rise up and Actively Resist the illegal Trump Regime.
