It may change a few, maybe enough in PA and WI to help make the difference. Bad Bunny, J-Lo and Ricky Martin have all endorsed Harris and shared her plan for Puerto Rico to their Instagram followers. I think the Harris campaign had some knowledge of what was coming at that rally to schedule the messaging for Puerto Ricans at that time, the campaign is on the offensive the final days where it needs to be.
