I imagine it as being required by law to give up a kidney, or a piece of your liver, to a dying rich man. Much like China does to prison inmates.

Here in the US we worship the filthy-rich. So, it's more likely a rich man will be able to take your organs legally in order for them to survive.

Because if a woman's bodily autonomy is in control of the government, when are they going to come take a man's bodily autonomy? Yes, there is a slippery slope.
