...I only just mailed my ballot off yesterday, whereas I mailed it off in early October in 2020.

Now that we are no longer in a pandemic, free time isn't as abundant, so it's easier to put it off, but there was no chance in hell I was going to miss out on voting, even if I delayed it a bit this year. I'm sure there are millions of others like me.

Furthermore, since we are no longer in a pandemic, there will probably be more Democrats voting in person since (1) vote-by-mail has been restricted in many states compared to 2020 and (2) people would prefer to return to their usual traditional in-person voting to guarantee their vote is cast and counted, especially with all the DeJoy/USPS issues and now even drop boxes getting set on fire.

If I was able to vote in person this year, I would have preferred to do that.
