which he tried to block, presumably because it was too truthful, he gleaned the following from Roy Cohn:

1.) Never say you are sorry. That's admitting defeat. You are weak if you do that.

2.) Always declare victory. Even if you lose. Make them PROVE you lost.

3.) Flood the courts with lawsuit after lawsuit. Make the government have to act on each one. Even if you "lose", you still "win" because you made the government spend its precious time and money on it.

4.) Why pay when you can get "shit" for free?

BTW, according to the movie, Roy Cohn was a closeted self-hating Jewish Homosexual. His biggest claim to fame was putting away and helping to execute the Rosenbergs as a husband-wife spy couple and working for Senator Joe McCarthy. He also was very anti-gay during the 1970s with his views and positions. Even when the AIDs crisis (or GRiD as it was called back then) hit full force in the 1980s, both Cohn and Dumpy refused to call it that. Instead they referred to it as "gay cancer".
