12. We live in a red area that went for Trump the last two times 70-30. As we have open primaries,

…we have been voting in the Republican primary as the winner of the primary is the one eventually elected. Our hope is to vote for the most sane candidate, they never win.

Due to my letters to the editor supporting progressive causes, I was well enough known that an Election Judge approached me at a recent election and asked me if I was voting in the correct place.

I assured him I was voting where I wanted .
