He will claim victory tomorrow night...that is supposedly the plan if the early return totals show him leading. And depending on how the different states count ballots, he could be leading by midnight.

But Trump being Trump, I predict if he's not leading, he'll still declare victory and say something like, "Well, they did it again."

It's the Roy Cohn rule: regardless the outcome, claim victory and never concede. Trump is thinking that some way, somehow, he's going to be President, come 2025, by either an outright win or a stymied Congress certification or maybe a successful coup d'état.
