There are a lot of weaknesses inherent in fascist regimes to exploit.

IMO, much of this has been the product of the Christian Nationalists/New Apostolic Reformation(NAR)/Opus Dei movement. There are more of them than I thought there were.

They will be fighting each other like scorpions in a jar for power, influence and money. That's one place to start.
