40. I agree. I hope charities and other organizations will step in and help.

For example, there are existing organizations that arrange and fund travel to states where women can get legal abortions, which will be needed as long as there isn't a nationwide abortion ban. Realistically I don't see that happening immediately, though it certainly could at some point. Free or low-cost health care clinics, community farms and gardens - these are all small, local things but every little effort will help someone who needs it.
