67. The public at large has phenomenally short memories.

They lost just about everything when Dubya's admin let their house of cards collapse in 2008, yet when Obama took over they griped that the recovery was too slow.

The entire economy, along with everything else, was in ruins in 2020, yet when Biden took over they griped the recovery was going too fast -- too much stimulus and inflation. Nevermind inflation is down, deficits are down, unemployment is down, crime is down, illegal border crossings are down...

"Wahhh!"

Things can get very bad, over and over. If that could be visited only on the 51% who voted for it, okay; but it's put on 100% of us, including vulnerable populations who did nothing to deserve it. And in a few years, the idiots will have forgotten everything anyway.
