They've been asking to stop the genocide of their people for 13 months. I don't think that was too much to ask and I don't think they displayed arrogance or entitlement in just asking.
Every comment on this thread, even ones like yours that express sympathy for Gaza, let alone the ones brimming with anticipatory schadenfreud - reveal a shocking attitude of demeaning and looking down on that ethnic group.
It should be a simple matter of putting yourself in their shoes and asking yourself what you would have done if your people, your family were being slaughtered. Would YOU support the party funding the slaughter and allowing the starvation? Could you - is that even humanly possible?
