13. Trump has long used the firehose approach

By that I mean he puts out a constant stream of controversial or flat out bizarre statements and actions and while the media or his opponents are trying to bring light to one of them a half dozen more have happened since. It's a game of catch up that is never caught up.

We saw in 2016 and from 2021-24 on that there is so much that the average person just gives up in trying to follow it all and figure out what it means.
