Except that he doesn't really walk anywhere. Notice that we rarely see Trump, not even on the golf course. He's is terrible shape physically and mentally. He's only seen in public when he's in a lucid period. His imbecile oldest son is making most of the decisions. It's easier to cover up this kind of shit when he's in Florida, where they can more easily keep him out of sight than they can in DC. Keeping him at his dump in Florida makes it easier to pull a "Weekend At Bernie's" with him.
