13. Nice try at what? Pierce claims he was pardoned, that doesn't appear to be true.

It doesn’t look like Neil Bush was ever criminally charged at the federal level.

He was involved in all sorts of shadiness in the S&L collapse, but only faced civil penalties.

This claim went viral, it looks like Pierce never fact checked it.
