Canada, Oregon, and California. Or, at least British Columbia, Oregon, and California forming the republic of Pacifica.

(Probably not going to happen. California, Oregon, and British Columbia have been trying to eliminate DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME for years, but never succeeded. Too much red tape.)
