What I missed but I feel much of this, especially being blind rage mad. I can't deal with the holidays,, I'm going to muddle through it. I alienated my trumpet family members and that's a shit ton of people.
Good luck with everything.

Meditate daily, in whatever way you can and stay away from the news if you can just take news in small bites.
