And it takes a lot of integrity to apologize. Having said that, I think we can all understand the blind rage that you're experiencing. I certainly am struggling with it. I'm angry to the point of crying - that's just how I deal with rage. Please don't blame yourself, no self-loathing allowed! You're aware of the struggle you're having, seeking help and doing your best.
