20. I get it.

I've been struggling with anxiety and depression. It blew up last Christmas day and I ended up in the hospital. Thought I was having a heart attack.

Been working with a wonderful therapist and finally realized that this anger and fear goes all the way back to election day 2016.

Djt has been living in my head rent free.

No more.

I stay abreast of current events with DU and the Seattle Times. MSNBC has been Trump 24/7, and I can't take it anymore.

We will get through this time by staying connected and taking care of ourselves.
