(24,316 posts)58. I totally understand. My husband is very worried if I will survive a 2nd tsf term.
I too am getting counseling, but it's funny the guy I talk to is in Pureto Rico and he's more afraid than me, with good reason. We talk about survival strategies, focusing on the good in life and being thankful for them.
When the election first happened, I had several posts removed because I too was lashing out in anger. I hope I'm over that. Several times lately I have started a blast then deleted it before posting. I recommend that. It's quite helpful and my psych dr. friend recommended this to me 45 years ago, when we were both still young and she was working on her doctorate.
