I can't read that article without a subscription but I did find this reference to it.

Baker and Kanno-Youngs’ report continued, where they claimed the 82-year-old is looking “a little older and a little slower”.

“Aides say he remains plenty sharp in the Situation Room, calling world leaders to broker a cease-fire in Lebanon or deal with the chaos of Syria’s rebellion,” they wrote.

“But it is hard to imagine that he seriously thought he could do the world’s most stressful job for another four years.”

That doesn't come close to alleging the things in the WSJ & NY Post articles. In fact, I don't know anyone who would argue with the characterization here.
