After any loss of an election, its reflection time and stepping back for a good look for the future. The Dem leadership is comprised of experience and knowledge that is valuable and, imo, needs to be shared with those who are younger..a mentor..and the experienced can learn from the younger generation, too. The teacher/student type thing where the teacher learns new skills and the student is being prepared for stepping into roles the teacher will soon leave. The teacher should not dismiss the student as too young or haven’t paid their dues. The student will have the lessons taught and bring new ideas and skills needed for leadership and an ever changing society. Teach the children well type of attitude and not just push them aside until they’re older..we’ll be stuck in a time warp and lose again.
