8. I was a flight instructor for some 20 years, and I taught a course

in aviation accident investigation and prevention. I was curious about these particular accidents but I don't need a 20-minute video to tell me what probably caused them: poor or no weather briefings and VFR into IFR conditions. It would have been useful to know the particulars, though, like maybe a citation to the NTSB reports.
