11. This country cannot create scientists and engineers

Monday

with reading, 'riting and 'rithmatic.
If we want to lead the world in scientists and engineers we need to start teaching the proper curriculum in our public schools.
I took electives in high school in the seventies, art, wood shop, auto shop, drafting, schematics and electronics. I name those courses because those are the ones I use everyday!
I was lucky they were offered.
