2. As one poster said, what an idiot. AI is so new, not only as a career choice (how do you define a job in AI?),

and I doubt that there are that many degrees out there developed by schools/colleges/etc. for 'AI'.

IT was that way. Back in '75-79, all there was for me in my IT career was a 1-year certificate in IT. Now, of course my degrees are the equivalent of Masters' degrees, and the entire IT field has exploded into many different areas, database development, languages and coding, Systems Design, Data Networks etc. (you need in order to receive/get data via a data network of some sort). And the list can go on and on, the sheer number of careers offered now in the IT arena is amazing.

As to AI, perhaps there's something out there, perhaps a very basic sprinkling of stuff coming out, but once people start getting into AI projects more and more, defining what AI is more and more, more and more tools for AI will come out, Businesses will be more aggressively seeking out AI projects once they realize what values that they can bring to the business w/ AI.
