Nor does he care about them one bit.

He used them to attain office and now he no longer needs them. Their opinions and feelings are meaningless.

But you know, no matter what he does, they’ll end up supporting him in the end.

They were mad a couple days ago but they jump right back on board. That’s how a cult works.
