Simple is beautiful. I still remember the Christmas vigil dinners. Feast of the seven fishes. And learned to make all the good stuff.

Hope I got these right.

This year, I made cioppino with shrimp and scallops. Easy. No more than that.

Grandparents all came from Italy and settled in the Boston area. I am FBI. Full Blooded Italian.

No wonder the music and engineering likes. Following the inventor Macaroni, composer Rotini, and artist of the same name (Redacto)

And specimen Spocco! (Specimen is Italian for Spaceman)
