Second, there’s this thing called the Posse Comitatus Act which limits the President’s ability to do stuff like this.

Finally, just because you’re in the Army doesn’t mean you know how to fight fires.

If Trump were President he’d probably order in the troops to restore order or some damn thing, whether it’s legal for him to do it or not.
