It burned all day Tuesday; Wednesday; Thursday; Friday; and, now all day Saturday. High winds, in fact almost hurricane force Santa Ana winds, are forecast for the rest of the weekend and for Monday and Tuesday. That fire is now spreading into Brentwood and Encino -- where is the response from the Federal Government?
