10. What do you think the federal government should be doing that is not already being done?

How do you think the federal government can stop hurricane-force winds? The reality, as Lawrence O'Donnell explained so eloquently, is that the fire won't be controlled until the winds drop, no matter who's trying to fight it. It's a hurricane with fire.
