get larger bags of those things. I was once a Tupperware dealer and have a large number of larger food storage containers which conveniently stack together and save room.

TIP: even if you have an instant pot, dried beans purchased more than 6 months ago should be soaked just to soften them a bit.

Another thing we will stock up on is pasta. I will probably go back to making my own spaghetti sauce as it is cheaper than the jarred varieties.

Some things we do not have to be concerned about because of proximity: Our local burger joint/dairy store is based in Oklahoma and all the fresh dairy used in the store is delivered directly from the farm. We will not need to worry about ice cream either since they make a number of varities. (PS the milk is NOT raw)
