5. This was a really sad case all around

I vaguely remember reading a lot about this awhile back and it was one of those tragedies that just seemed so pointless and sad. I think she was all of 22 when this went down? I seem to recall she was there with her family, parents, older siblings or something, was regretful afterward. Am I remembering the right one? I find it sad she threw her life away like this, the same way I feel when any very young person does something that can not be taken back that ruins their and other peoples lives.

The woman killed has two teenage kids, and I recall her poor husband was traumatized trying to save her. they'd gone out to celebrate their anniversary. So freaking senseless!!!
