Those feckless pimply teenaged Muskenjugend see numbers on a spreadsheet and decide to just lop off the bottom of the list, having no clue what any of it means; then when it turns out to have been a monumentally stupid move they have to undo it - like when they fired the staff at the National Nuclear Security Administration without knowing what they do, which is oversee the safety of nuclear weapons. And then when they realized that was a big fuckup they tried to unfire them but couldn't find them! Then they sacked 950 health care providers for Native Americans - again, clearly not understanding what those employees do, and even Brainworm Bobby understood what a fucking disaster that was.
