Well, China has 10 times the population of Russia. China has all the money in the world. Russia has never been able to populate or industrialize Siberia and Eastern Russia. I think China will eventually realize that its only hope for expansion is in Russia. We would not want to find ourselves in a position where we’e defending Russia from China.
